A random observation: We could all benefit from taking more time to carefully examine the challenges in front of us. This results in being able to intelligently state a problem or challenge back to our customers, co-workers, friends, or family in terms they can understand. The exercise of clearly defining terms, stating the "why", "who", "how", "what", and "when" of our work, and being able to communicate these details in a clear and concise manner is an essential skill in business and life. How we state or frame a challenge dictates exactly how we will approach it.
